Global Faculty Advisory Council

The Global Faculty Advisory Council advises the Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives on key global strategy issues, initiatives, and partnerships to increase Emory’s global engagement and visibility. Faculty council members are key leaders in shaping the global footprint of the university and facilitating connections between Emory’s individual schools/colleges and university-wide initiatives.

The Council typically meets twice per semester to discuss issues of importance, such as student global experiences, support for international students, international partnerships, international research and grants administration, and Emory’s global branding. The Council is comprised of 1-2 faculty from each school, and faculty typically serve for a two year period. See below for more details about current members.

If you have any questions about the Faculty Global Advisory Council, or would like to nominate a faculty member, please e-mail Natalie Cruz at natalie.cruz@emory.edu.
